Noran Quraish is a Corporate, Commercial and Technology Lawyer with a multidisciplinary practice spanning corporate and commercial law, technology transactions, and emerging areas of technology law. Her experience includes drafting, reviewing, and negotiating a wide range of corporate, commercial, and technology agreements, including SaaS, software development and licensing, IT services, MSAs, NDAs, consultancy, procurement, partnership, and employment agreements.
Her practice also covers corporate governance, company incorporation, regulatory compliance, legal risk mitigation, due diligence, and corporate transactions, alongside specialized interests in artificial intelligence, data protection and privacy, cybersecurity, cloud computing, digital compliance, and intellectual property.
As a Legal Trainer at International Consulting Group for Training & Legal Services (ICG), Noran delivers practice-oriented training in contract drafting and review, technology contracts, legal writing, legal translation, contract analysis, and negotiation. Her training approach focuses on bridging the gap between legal theory and professional practice through practical exercises, case-based learning, and real-world legal scenarios.
Noran holds a Master’s degree in Public Law and Administrative Sciences and is currently a PhD Researcher in Public Law. She has also completed the Tech-Law Track at the Information Technology Institute (ITI), combining legal expertise with interdisciplinary knowledge of emerging technologies and their legal and regulatory implications.
