- Course Overview
This course introduces students to the legal framework governing Intellectual Property Rights (IPR), with a focus on both international standards and national legislation. Special emphasis is placed on Law No. 82 of 2002 on the Protection of Intellectual Property Rights and the practical procedures for registering intellectual property rights through the Egyptian Intellectual Property Authority (EGIPA).
