1. Course Overview
The Corporate & Business Law Professional Diploma is a comprehensive professional training program designed to equip law students, graduates, junior lawyers, legal consultants, in-house counsel, entrepreneurs, and business professionals with the practical and legal expertise required to advise businesses throughout their entire lifecycle.

Participants will gain practical exposure to the daily responsibilities of corporate lawyers while developing the technical and strategic skills required to support commercial entities from incorporation through expansion, restructuring, mergers and acquisitions, and eventual dissolution or liquidation.
